Fruitbelt Rush

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Apple Marigold tonic 
• 0.5 oz espresso
• 0.5 oz heavy cream

Method:

Pour Fruitbelt Apple Marigold tonic into a small glass. Gently pour fresh espresso over the tonic. Using the back of a spoon, slowly layer heavy cream on top to create a distinct separation. 

Serve immediately and enjoy!
