Orchard Bloom

Ingredients:

For Peach Shrub:
• 1 cup cubed peaches
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup apple cider vinegar 

For Orchard Bloom:
• 2 oz peach shrub
• 1 can Apple Marigold tonic
• 2 lemons

Method:

Peach Shrub
Combine peaches, sugar, and apple cider vinegar in a jar. Muddle the peaches, then stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 days until sugar is fully incorporated. Strain out the peaches before use.

Orchard Bloom
Fill a glass with ice and add 2 oz peach shrub. Top with Fruitbelt Apple Marigold tonic. Squeeze a halved charred lemon over the drink, then gently stir to combine.

Garnish with a charred lemon slice.

(p.s. Halve a lemon and sear it cut-side down in a hot pan with a small amount of olive oil until caramelized. Slices for garnish.)
